Can I change my RightsLink order or RightsLink license?*
Once a RightsLink order has been completed and a license is granted, the details cannot be edited. To resolve this issue, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to cancel the existing order/license and place a new one with the updated information.
To edit information on an order that is pending publisher approval, please follow these directions:
Please note that the only portion that cannot be updated is the "Type of use", in which case a new order will need to be placed. Please contact Customer Service via the email provided above to request cancellation.
