Can I add an item to an order that I've already placed?

Yes. As long as the order is still "Open," you may add items to it. An open order is an order that has not yet been billed in its entirety (i.e., there are still items for which an invoice has not yet been generated).

To add an item to an existing open order:

  • Go to the Manage Account area of copyright.com
  • Select "View your Order History" from the Orders (For Pay-Per-Use Accounts Only) menu
  • From the Order History page, click the "View order" link associated with the order you wish to work with
  • Click the "Add another item to this order" link at the top of the page, and follow the screen prompts to complete your order
